Prams and little ones are more than welcome. Children under 2 years of age will be admitted free to all events. 

Yes events are all ages. Wristbands will be issued to those over 18. 

Companion cards will be accepted at entry for attendants accompanying the person named on the companion card. There is no need to book additional tickets. 

The Companion Card Program supports Western Australians with a significant and permanent disability who require attendant care support to participate at community venues and events.

There will be 22 seat shuttle buses to get people from South Hedland to the event.

A: There is a variety of seating options available throughout the event.

A: Left-hand accessible, right-hand accessible and ambulant toilet facilities are available at the event.

Yes, we'd love to hear from food vendors wanting to serve delicious delights. Please complete the below form located at this link.

This is a smoke free event. However there will be a dedicated smoking area accessible from the event area. 

There will be a variety of food and drinks available to purchase at the event. No glass bottles or containers will be allowed on site and single-use plastic will not be made available. 

There is strictly no alcohol to be brought onto the event site and all bags and drink containers will be searched. 

There will be limited seating available at the event. It is encouraged to leave provided seats for those with accessibility requirements.

Can we bring our own picnic chairs, blankets etc?

No marquees or trestle tables will be permitted for sightline reasons. We want to ensure everyone can see and enjoy the performances.
